Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

The Platform may include links to third-party apps or services. These apps are hosted on Google Play or other external platforms and are not hosted directly on uraju.com. Uraju does not own, operate, or control these third-party apps, nor does it guarantee their availability, accuracy, safety, or privacy practices. Uraju expressly disclaims any liability arising from your use of third-party apps or services. URAJU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. URAJU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL URAJU, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY THIRD-PARTY APPS LINKED THROUGH THE PLATFORM, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE maximum extent permitted by law, Uraju's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount paid by you to access the Platform (if any) in the six months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
